Chris is the co-founding partner Wayne Ng, Yong & Lim and he in charge of WNYL’s Conveyancing practice group.

Chris has managed to handle wide range of matters relating to corporate commercial and conveyancing matters which involve in contract drafting, dispute resolution and back-end advising whereby he has managed to safeguard his client’s interest prior to a dispute.

Chris’s approach and timely coordination has often regarded as diligent, meticulous and steadfast by his clients.

Ng Wei Wei, Wayne

Wayne is a strategist.

Wayne is the co-founding partner Wayne Ng, Yong & Lim and he is currently in charge of WNYL’s Corporate & Commercial practice group.

Wayne has advised domestic and international clients on M&A transactions involving companies in industries such as real estate agency, insurance, construction, online marketplace platforms, commodities and retail stores.

Wayne has worked on notable transactions in Malaysia relating to acquisition / disposal of shares or assets, joint venture of start-ups, property development and manufacturing entities, corporate restructuring exercises and fund-raising exercises which includes issuance of preference shares and convertible notes.

Wayne has a keen sense in corporate practices and he advise diligently. He is often engaged by start-up entities for legal advises for his proficiency and expertise in these fields.

He actively engages in opportunities to contribute his legal expertise to this largely unrepresented community. He is currently holding several key positions in various NGOs like Lions Club, Koperasi OBOR Dagang Berhad and many more.

Lim Soo Zee, Megan

Megan is a problem solver.

Megan is the co-founding partner of Wayne Ng, Yong & Lim and she in charge of WNYL’s Litigation practice group.

As a seasoned specialist in civil dispute matters, she has personally acted for clients in many contentious cases relating but not limited to contractual and tortuous dispute, construction matters, Land dispute matters, defamation, injunctions, debt recovery, and many more.

Megan is experienced in litigating at all levels of the Malaysian Courts. Determined and tenacious, she is a formidable ally who does not flinch from a tough fight. She helps clients to solve their legal problem and achieve their desired outcomes whilst protecting their best interests.
